Movement and The Enabled Space – a new Bamboozle training course
This course is designed for teachers and teaching assistants and explores how movement can be a powerful way to connect, express ideas, and keep SEND students engaged.
This course will explore:
The nine components of the Bamboozle Approach, with practical ideas for using movement to support participation, exploration, and physical expression.
Gentle, responsive ways of leading sessions using very little language, allowing young people to take part in ways that feel right for them and communicate through movement.
Look at the building blocks of movement and how to plan clear and meaningful movement activities to enhance your practice and planning.
Movement as way of communicating – enabling young people to express and explore through movement to find a deeper level of connection.
The fundamentals of contact improvisation, taught through safe, inclusive, and creative activities that build trust, connection, and shared experiences.
Look at narrative through movement and how to choose movement ideas and structures that best suit the needs of your group – making sessions inclusive, engaging, and meaningful.
