New production for PMLD audiences

We are currently planning a brand-new production which will tour from December 2025 – January 2026. This is designed for children and young people who could be described as having profound and multiple learning disabilities.

This production will feature live music alongside pre-recorded sound, captivating visual effects, puppetry and various multi-sensory experiences to immerse your children in a safe, engaging and atmospheric adventure.

There are no words that could adequately describe how amazing our session was today. Your props and songs made our students so engaged and involved in the story. It was magical to see”. Shelley, Pendle Community High School and College.

Our ideas and themes are currently in development and will be announced this Summer.

For an insight into the experiences that our shows for PMLD audiences provide, please take a look at our show pages for The River and Pulse where you’ll find short films from the shows, along with resources that accompany our visits.

About Bamboozle’s shows for PMLD audiences:

These performances are intimate shows for a maximum group size of 6 children accompanied by their teachers, carers, or family group. These shows are particularly suitable for children who use a wheelchair.

Keeping audiences small allows our experienced Bamboozle performers to give each child focused, personalised attention. Performances can be adapted to individual sensory sensitivities with advance notice.

Our team are highly experienced in adapting to, and interacting with, children and young people who have a variety of complex and differing needs.

To prepare for our visit, we provide audio/visual guidance which introduces the experience ahead of our visit, and a Teacher’s Companion Pack which includes activity plans exploring themes within the show you can take away with you and use afterwards.
