I credit dance with the inimitable accolade of literally saving my life. Re-discovering dance in my teenage years I found it to be a language that offers a route into the complexity of our inner lives, connecting us with those we dance with and the places we are in.

After igniting this passion I then set out to share it with as many people from as many areas of society as I could find!

I began co-devising, performing and facilitating with Bamboozle Theatre Company in 2002 and have learnt so much from them and all the families we work with. I facilitate the dance session at the Annual International Practitioner’s Masterclass every year. I am excited to be able to contribute to the company through this current role as well.
