At Bamboozle Theatre Company, we create transformative experiences for learning disabled and autistic young people through immersive theatre, creative learning and family projects. Our work reaches children who are often unheard—and we’re determined that their families’ voices are heard at every level of our organisation.
That’s why we’re recruiting two new Trustees to join our Board—and we’re especially looking for:
You don’t need to have been a trustee, director, or governor before. In fact, no previous board experience is required. What matters to us is that you:
✔ Bring insight from lived experience
✔ Care about inclusive, accessible creative work
✔ Are open, honest, and supportive of others
✔ Want to contribute to the future of a values-led charity
Being a Trustee with Bamboozle means joining a friendly, welcoming board that meets just four times a year—either in person in Leicester or online via video call. You’ll be involved in conversations about the charity’s direction, helping ensure our work is shaped by those who know first-hand what matters most.
We want this opportunity to be as accessible as possible. Applications can be written, filmed or recorded, and informal chats are available to help you decide if this is for you.
