Rain Rain Family Day

Bamboozle are hosting a family day on Thursday 22nd October 2026 with performances of Rain Rain at Curve Theatre in Leicester.

Patience and Bird are waiting for rain in the dusty, dry heat of the American Dust Bowl when Clanky Jane arrives with her ‘Cloud-O-Matic’ rain making machine. Featuring captivating visual effects, puppetry, live music and a sprinkling of water, Rain Rain will immerse autistic audiences in a safe and engaging adventure.

Session access information:

Free to attend.

Sessions are made for autistic children/young people and their family/carers.

Relaxed pace. Audiences are able to interact with this performance however they wish too. Families can leave and return as needed throughout the performance. Our staff will be on hand to help, answer questions and chat.

About our theatre family days

Our family days take different forms and we try and book four a year.

Our theatre family days take place in a theatre or venue where families may not always feel included – we aim to change this by bringing our shows to these venues.

They are for families to enjoy altogether whilst meeting and socialising with other families.
