One-offs & special events

We are often contacted by schools and community organisations with requests for us to provide workshop sessions or creative experiences to contribute to themed events or special occasions. These might include:

• Creative enrichment weeks
• Autism awareness events
• Mental health and wellbeing experiences
• Summer school activity programmes
• Local or national celebrations
• Seasonal events and celebrations

We would be more than happy to discuss providing such an experience for your school or organisation. All of our activities are bespoke and designed specifically for the participating children and young people as well as being based on the requirements of the school or organisation and the special event being marked.

If you would like to contact us about providing workshops or creative experiences it is useful for us to have an idea of the following information:

1. The event or theme that the experience will be part of
2. When the event is taking place (we would require at least 12 weeks lead time)
3. The expected number of groups and participants and their access requirements
4. How many sessions we would need to provide
5. How the sessions or experience might be structured – e.g. three one-hour workshops, two in the morning and one in the afternoon, or perhaps a whole-day experience for one group of children or young people

Given that all of our experiences are bespoke they all require planning and preparation time with an in-house project lead along with a team of specially commissioned freelance artists. We also have to factor in the provision of resources and transportation and, depending on your location, travel and accommodation costs. The price of one-off experiences reflects the amount of work that goes into creating them and each experience is costed according to requirements. As an indication for your budgeting and planning purposes, the starting point for the design and delivery of a bespoke experience would be around £1,750.00 + VAT.
