Photo Permission T&Cs

Bamboozle events will sometimes involve photography or filming by either a Bamboozle practitioner or a professional photographer / film maker commissioned by Bamboozle.

We would like your permission to include you and / or your children in photographs / video taken in order that we can keep images / videos that include you and use them as described below. We will store them securely on our systems and only share them as described with your permission.

We will review and update our image bank regularly. However, we may keep the images / videos permanently for our records and may continue to use them for the purposes described below, unless you contact us to say that you no longer want us to do so.

If the image / video is used in the public domain, we will never name individuals unless you give us permission to do so. We will ask you separately if we would like this permission.

Each time you participate in a family or theatre event where we are planning to take photos or video for publicity purposes we will contact you to remind you about the permission you have given us. This is so that you can let us know if anything has changed about those permissions.

You can also contact us at any point if you decide you no longer want us to use images / video in which you appear. You can do this by contacting us in writing at the postal or email address below.  If you tell us you no longer want us to use images / video in which you / your children appear we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that those images / video are no longer used.

Under the General Data protection regulations you have a number of individual rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.
