Head of Operations 

£31,000 – £35,000 p.a. dependent on skills and experience.  Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent

Bamboozle is a small theatre company working across the UK and internationally to create theatre, provide education and work with families to enable learning disabled children to find their voices.  We aim to empower all learning-disabled children and young people through creative interaction and are looking for a head of our operations team to help deliver that.

You will manage a small highly committed operations team to support the delivery of the work.  As part of the senior leadership team you will be involved in developing and expanding our offering nationally and world wide.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • Experience of Financial Management and Budgeting
  • Ability to Project Manage with strong processes
  • Experience of Strategic Program Planning
  • Inspirational Leadership for the small operations team
  • A high level of communication skills – written and verbal
  • Being a team player
