General Manager

£31,000 – £35,000 p.a. dependent on skills and experience.  Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent

An opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic and world renowned Bamboozle Theatre Company.  Established in 1994, Bamboozle has grown a national and international reputation for creating immersive theatre that makes a significant impact on the lives of disabled children.  We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our small, friendly and dedicated operations team and to work with senior leadership to help influence the direction of the company.

As the General Manager you will:

  • be a key part of the team that has an impact on, and makes a difference to, disabled children’s lives. “Bamboozle is the only place we have found that we can go as a whole family and be valued and accepted unconditionally.   • be working with a supportive and flexible company in a dynamic and creative working environment

  • help to deliver Bamboozle’s vision and implement “Let’s Create” the Arts Council’s strategy for the next decade
